We always recommend engaging an interior designer as early as possible, ideally before renovation works begin. Early planning allows for a more thoughtful and well-coordinated design journey, resulting in a smoother overall experience and a more cohesive outcome.

By establishing clear design directions and technical considerations from the beginning, we are also able to minimize unnecessary rework on site, helping to reduce unforeseen changes and maintain better control over the overall project investment.

We primarily specialize in refined residential interiors. In other words, thoughtfully designed homes that balance functionality, comfort, and timeless aesthetics tailored to each client’s lifestyle and daily living experience.

In addition to residential projects, we also selectively undertake commercial spaces from time to time, including F&B outlets, educational centres, hospitality, and offices. All of particularly projects where thoughtful spatial experience and strong design direction are valued.

The design timeline depends on the scope and complexity of the project. For full-home interior renovations without extension works, the design phase typically takes approximately 6–10 weeks. Smaller-scale projects may require a shorter timeline.

Where suitable, we are open to collaborating with preferred contractors, suppliers, or existing project teams. Prior to proceeding, we will assess alignment in terms of workmanship quality, communication flow, and overall project expectations to ensure a smooth and cohesive outcome throughout the process.

Some clients also engage us purely for design services, particularly when they already have their own appointed contractor. In such cases, our scope is typically completed upon the handover of finalized design documentation and drawings.

Should clients require continued involvement during the construction phase, such as periodic site visits, or design supervision on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, a separate project supervision agreement can be arranged accordingly, based on the desired level of involvement and project duration.

Furnishing and styling services can be tailored according to your lifestyle preferences, spatial needs, and desired aesthetic direction.

A separate proposal will be prepared based on the styling scope and allocated furnishing budget discussed during the consultation phase.

Upon completion of the design phase, all finalized design documentation will be handed over for your reference and record keeping, together with the final quotation and project timeline.

After site handover, clients will also receive a warranty and defect coverage list outlining the relevant terms for each scope of work.
